What wasn't working.

Buyers arrived asking lifestyle-and-budget questions ("family car for 6 under €30k") that traditional dropdown search couldn’t answer. Up to 15% of search sessions ended with a 0-result page.

The previous chatbot couldn’t catch contradictions (e.g., "Nissan Juke for a family of 6" — the Juke only seats 5) and would happily show irrelevant cars instead of offering alternatives.
